Where do you ship to?

  • We offer world wide shipping for all prints.

    For original pieces, shipping prices vary due to the delicate nature of the artworks and will be handled by a specialist courier service.

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping times for prints vary based on location.

    United Kingdom: Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Postage: 2-4 days

  • Germany: Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Postage: 2-7 days

  • Europe (EU): Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Postage: 4-7 days

  • North America (USA, CA): Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Courier: 2-7 days

  • Rest of World: Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Courier: 3-7 days

  • Originals require custom shipping arrangements due to their unique and fragile nature. Contact me here with any questions.

    All prints and original artworks are shipped with tracking and insurance, and must be signed for by the customer on delivery.

What about International Import Taxes?

Are the prints ready to ship or made to order?

  • All of my prints are made to order to ensure the highest quality and reduce waste.

What kind of paper are the prints made on?

  • The prints are produced on heavyweight, archival paper, designed to last a lifetime​.


Can I return a print or original piece if I change my mind?

  • My prints are specially made to order, however, your satisfaction is paramount.

    Damaged or incorrect Orders: In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost to you. To help me assist you quickly, please include photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item you received.

  • Returns requests must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK law. Please submit your return request via email, stating the reason for the return, the title, price, weight and dimensions of the artwork.

  • The buyer must arrange and pay for tracked, insured and signed shipping in order to return the artwork, and share a shipment tracking code with us. We can advise on this. Or you can return your item in person, to our East Sussex head quarters.

  • The artwork must be packaged with great care (preferably in the original packaging) before it is shipped to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

  • The artwork must be returned to the seller within 14 days of the customer’s return request notification, in perfect condition.

  • The customer is liable for any damage to the artwork during the return (hence insured shipping for the full value of the artwork is mandatory.)

  • Your refund will then be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned undamaged artwork.

What packaging do you use?

  • Stretched canvases are packaged with great care. Wrapped first with acid-free tissue paper, then a water-tight plastic layer, corner protection, multiple layers of bubble wrap and cardboard and then enclosed in a heavy-duty cardboard box.

  • Prints are carefully hand-rolled and enclosed in a heavy-duty protective cardboard tube.

What framing options are available?

  • Prints and originals arrive unframed, leaving room for your imagination and to ensure that the frame fits perfectly with your space.

Can I pay in instalments?

  • Originals: A 20% deposit is paid to reserve an original piece, and the outstanding amount is paid upon completion, prior to delivery.

  • Prints: The full amount is paid at checkout, prior to delivery.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

  • Make sure to subscribe to my newsletter for any future promotions or exclusive offers.

How do I care for and maintain my artwork?

  • Generally, the artwork should be kept out of direct sunlight, stored in a dry place and cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.

Do you offer gift certificates for prints?

  • Gift certificates can be a wonderful way to share the gift of art. Please contact me to arrange a gift certificate for prints via my contact page HERE
