Pyro

Pyro is a character who came from some ideas I am cooking up for a story. He was partly inspired by David Bowie, but quickly took on a personality of his own as my brushes worked across the canvas. He’s an outlier; a subversive mutineer who’s not afraid to take dangerous risks in order to experience everything that life has to offer — in this realm, or others. Would you dare to trust him, and let him show you things you’ve never even imagined?

The hot colours took me by surprise. I had envisioned more cool blues and a night sky, but I guess Pyro had other ideas. Deep plum, fuchsia pink and Cardamon red meld into a fiery dance in the background, and vibrant energies pulse across the character’s chest while his hypnotic eyes invite you to dream.
