This new production of L’Enfant et les Sortilèges, directed and produced by Rachael Hewer, was a direct response to what happened in the world of live performance during the 2020 Covid lockdowns. A blend of live action and animation, the show won the SOUTHBANK SKY ARTS award for OPERA in 2021.

I was commissioned to create a whole ream of animal character illustrations, which were later animated and given singing voices.
